Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Contact us quoting your ticket ID to request a change.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, unless you purchased the Flexible cancellation add-on.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app and include your ticket order number. Contact us if you need help.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us for a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is held in an ADA-compliant, accessible venue.
Will food or drinks be available?
You'll be able to purchase beverages on site at this event.
Can I use my phone or take photos during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What are the different ticket types?
The theater is divided into sections A, B and C (sometimes D) based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the zone you purchased.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, tickets aren't sold on site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to be assigned a seat within your zone. The show starts on time and latecomers won't be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and audience.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you may only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
