1. Showdown
Physical challenges for all levels, featuring the Siloso Adventure Challenge obstacle course, Battle Ropes, calisthenics gym, Spider Wall, and more.

Battle Rope Challenge Zone:
Drop in, grab the ropes, and go all out! Take on fast-paced mini challenges throughout the day and put your strength and endurance to the test.

NinjaZ: non-peak unlimited runs on a 350m obstacle course usually reserved for trained athletes. Go at your own pace, challenge yourself, and enjoy the beachside vibe—no pressure, just fun. Ideal for first-timers, groups, and curious newcomers.

NinjaX: Peak unlimited runs on the NinjaZ course, plus an advanced challenge section featuring obstacles like the Spider Wall. Designed for those ready to push further, with high-energy competition in a beachside setting.

Gravity101 Classes: Guided workshops teaching fundamentals for calisthenics including Muscle ups, front/back levers, and explosive controlled movements etc.

2. Arena
Fitness classes by day and music-led experiences by night. Choose from yoga flows, trampoline fitness, cardio dance, and mindful movement sessions, then stay on for FREE entry to Sentosa Sunset Sessions and Ultraviolet’s high-energy UV neon dance parties after dark.

3. Playground
 A dedicated beach area with an inflatable obstacle course where kids and families can bond, play, and have fun together.

4. Stadium
