Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (seated) and Zone B (standing). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Can I purchase drinks on-site?
Yes, there is an on-site bar from which you can purchase beverages before and during the experience.
Can I purchase food on-site?
Yes, the Brunswick Kitchen is on-site and ticket holders get 20% off all food, so you can eat before or after the show.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. For private shows or large groups (30+ people), please use the private booking link in the event description.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help and make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is the venue accessible?
This venue has step-free access, suitable for wheelchair users. Personal Assistant tickets are offered for free at all events at The Brunswick, please just email liveevents@brunswickpub.co.uk to arrange.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 30-45 minutes before the start time of the experience for guests to have a drink and enjoy the space.
What happens if I arrive late?
No late entry is permitted as this would disrupt the show for other attendees.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, there are toilets available on-site, which are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

Assistance dogs are welcome at the venue. Dogs will need to stay with their owners at all times, we cannot offer to look after them during events. No other pets or animals are allowed.

Food or beverages purchased elsewhere are not permitted at the venue.

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the venue.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there is air conditioning at the venue.
Is there a cloakroom available on-site?
No, there will not be a cloakroom available on-site. Guests are welcome to leave coats on the backs of chairs or the sides of the room.
What do I do if I accidentally leave any of my belongings behind at the venue?
If you leave behind any of your belongings at the event you should phone the venue or drop by to see if your item has been found.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Guests will be able to take photos and/or videos of the experience during the last song of the show. Our on-site staff will make a pre-show announcement to inform guests of this.
