The soundtracks of the most beloved Christmas films come to life at Schloss Albrechtsberg in Dresden. A string quartet performs them, surrounded by thousands of candles, in a 60-minute concert with no interval.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

About the venueAlbrechtsberg Palace
Albrechtsberg Palace, whose representative rooms provide a perfect setting for exclusive events, is considered the most significant building of late classicism in Saxony. Perched high above the Elbe amidst a beautiful park landscape, it houses one of the most beautiful chamber music halls in Dresden, the splendid Kronensaal.

Parking
Only very limited public parking is available at the venue. We recommend using public transport wherever possible. There are further car parks nearby, such as at Lingnerschloss, from where the castle can easily be reached on a short walk.
Accessibility
The castle has limited accessibility, but does have a disabled access entrance. We strongly recommend getting in touch with the castle team before purchasing your ticket to discuss the conditions on site. In order to use this access, it is essential to inform the guard at the castle gate upon arrival at the event.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to hold a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents via Fever's contact form.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If you'd like to do this, please contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find further information in Fever's Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Kronensaal of Schloss Albrechtsberg (address: Bautzner Str. 130, 01099 Dresden).
How do I get to the venue?
Public transport: Elbschlösser stop (Bus EV11) – it's less than 500 m on foot from the stop to the venue. We recommend travelling by public transport! Travelling by car: Bautzner Str. 130, 01099 Dresden.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Drinks are available for purchase at the bar on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill out Fever's contact form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins. The concert starts on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be denied entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes. You will automatically be assigned the best possible seat within your chosen price zone. In order to sit together, all tickets should be purchased in a single order. Once seats have been assigned, they cannot be changed afterwards or on site.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that for the safety of participants, all candles will be flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned?
Seats are numbered: your seat number appears on your ticket.
