Albrechtsberg Palace, whose representative rooms provide a perfect setting for exclusive events, is considered the most significant building of late classicism in Saxony. Perched high above the Elbe amidst a beautiful park landscape, it houses one of the most beautiful chamber music halls in Dresden, the splendid Kronensaal.

    Public parking at the venue is very limited. We recommend travelling by public transport. There is further parking nearby, for example at Lingnerschloss, from where the palace can be reached after a short walk.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can get a seat in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time; all guests must be seated beforehand. No entry is possible if you arrive late.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
Should the weather affect your experience, for example through a venue change or a postponement, we will inform you in good time by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. Please arrive in good time; the team will do their best to seat you together.

For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
How are seats allocated?
The best possible seat within your chosen price zone is automatically assigned. To make sure you sit together, all tickets should be purchased together in a single order. Once allocated, seats cannot be changed afterwards or on the day.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
