What is "The Jury Experience"?
Experience a gripping courtroom drama in Augsburg. In this interactive live theater show, you take on the role of a juror and decide the fate of the case. Guilty or not guilty?
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts approximately 75 minutes.
Will strobe lights be used?
No.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please contact us with your ticket order number and the subject "Bringing a Service Animal".
About Your Tickets
What types of tickets are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my support person?
Yes. Please purchase your own ticket first and then contact us for further information.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in with the account you used to make the purchase. You will also receive the QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes of date and time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the show. Refunds are not possible.

At Westhouse Augsburg, Alfred-Nobel-Straße 5-7, 86156 Augsburg.
How do I get to the venue?
Bus: from Augsburg main station take line 500 or 501 to Stenglinstraße (approx. 15 min), then walk approx. 2 minutes.
Tram: from Königsplatz take line 2 westbound towards Augsburg West P+R to Stenglinstraße (approx. 20 min).
Car: A8 (Stuttgart/Munich), exit Augsburg-West, then take the B17 towards Landsberg/Füssen, exit Neusäß/Kriegshaber, then follow the signs to Alfred-Nobel-Straße.
Is there a parking space?
There is an underground car park with more than 40 spaces (some of which are rented out), including disabled spaces and e-charging stations on levels −1 and −2. The first 30 minutes are free, after which a fee is charged. Hotel parking spaces may not be used.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. Minimum age 12 years. Persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Please send us a short email in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Die gesamte Inszenierung war sehr hochwertig und durchdacht, sodass man von Anfang bis Ende mitgerissen wurde. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Schauspieler, die ihre Rollen unglaublich überzeugend und mit viel Energie gespielt haben. Die Atmosphäre war spannend und gleichzeitig unterhaltsam, sodass die Zeit wie im Flug vergangen ist. Alles war sauber organisiert und hat einfach richtig viel Spaß gemacht. Insgesamt eine großartige Erfahrung, die ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann!
