How does seating assignment and zoning work?

We have several zones priced based on closeness and the stage view. When you enter Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona, the team will help you find your seat in order of arrival within your booked category.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

Can tickets be bought at the Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona box office?

Answer

There is no physical sales point inside Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

Answer

We advise arriving about 30 minutes before the start to find your spot without rush. Access will close 5 minutes before the scheduled time; if you arrive late, we're sorry but you won't be allowed in out of respect for the artists and other attendees.

Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.

Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.

No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.

How long does the experience last?

Answer

The Candlelight: Tribute to The Innate Law in Barcelona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Answer

To maintain the utmost respect for the audience and musicians, leaving your seat will only be allowed if there is a real urgency.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

We take your safety seriously, so we use last-generation LED candles. They imitate traditional candles without using real fire, eliminating any risk and without generating heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.

Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to The Innate Law in Barcelona?

You can find them in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) using the same account as the purchase, or in your purchase confirmation email along with your access QR code. There's no need to print your tickets as they are completely digital.

Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" within the Fever app. If any issue arises during the process, contact us and provide the ticket number so we can check it.

Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to The Innate Law be gifted?

Answer

Yes! You can buy a Gift Card and let them decide which concert and day they want to attend. Alternatively, if you already have a ticket tied to a specific date, you can use the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app to send it as a gift instantly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. This package offers a unique photography experience, available exclusively to customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in our specially designated area at Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona and receive an instant Polaroid-style print as a souvenir.

Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona?

If there is still availability, you can purchase your Candlelight Photo at the venue itself, paying exclusively with a credit or debit card. Remember, online buyers have priority over sales at Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.

Choose your favorite photo before it goes to print. Our team will prepare it during the concert for you to collect right when it ends. Don't forget to take it with you when you leave, as we can't keep it for another day!

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

When you arrive at Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona, our staff will show you where the photo area is set up. Feel free to ask any member of our team if you have any questions.

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?

Answer

The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.

Question 23

Are pets or animals allowed in Paraninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona? What about service animals?

Answer

Remember that pets are not allowed in this concert. The only exception is guide dogs or assistance dogs, which are allowed.

Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
