There are tickets for zones A, B and C; your seat within the purchased zone is assigned on arrival.

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The venue can be reached by S-Bahn (lines 1 to 6, 8, 9, stop “Ostendstraße”), bus (lines 30/36 or 45, stops “Schöne Aussicht” or “Frankensteiner Platz”) or tram 18 (stop “Hospital zum Heiligen Geist”).

Several parking options are available nearby: the “Bildungszentrum Ostend” underground car park (Sonnemannstraße 13, from 2 euros per hour, Mon-Sat 6:30am-1am, Sun 7:30am-1am), plus the car parks at Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Frankfurt Main-Riverside (Lange Straße 5-9), Hospital zum Heiligen Geist (Lange Straße 4-6) and Lindner Hotel and Residence Main Plaza (Walther-von-Cronberg-Platz 1), all open around the clock.

No, food and drinks cannot be purchased on site. The in-house restaurant Goldmund is located at the Literaturhaus, but anyone wishing to dine there must book directly with the restaurant in advance.

This venue is wheelchair accessible. Access to the event rooms and restrooms is barrier-free; the entrance with wheelchair ramp is at the back of the building, right next to the car park. All event rooms are also fitted with an induction hearing loop for hearing aid users.

Guests who need a companion throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. After purchasing your ticket, send us the relevant proof; we will then provide you with a voucher for the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please show both your regular ticket and the companion ticket at entry.
