Every Wednesday at Kansas Smitty's, the ‘Basement Tapes’ mix and match members of the Kansas Smitty’s House Band with musicians from around London and further afield to create once-in-a-lifetime intimate concerts. As a departure from his usual duties as guitarist in The Kansas Smitty's House Band, Dave Archer brings together his friend Joe Webb and Shane Forbes for an organ trio which echoes the sounds of Jimmy McGriff and Joey DeFrancesco.
