What are the different ticket types?

There are three zones depending on visibility: Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility) and Zone C (Good Visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us with supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts, as no late entry is permitted.

There is street parking available nearby, in addition to the Republic Parking Garages located on Orange St and Lemon St.

There will not be food or beverages available at this location. No outside food or drink will be permitted inside the venue, with the exception of water.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Yes, this venue is ADA accessible. When you arrive, please let the onsite staff know you require assistance and they will be able to help you.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.
