SOCIAL ICE SESSIONS by COOL MOVE COMMUNITY
Start and end the week with energy, community, and contrast. Social Ice Sessions are open, social ice bath and sauna sessions, perfect for connecting, recharging, and discovering your best self in good company.

The Experience
Contrast therapy in free flow format: free access for 1.5 hours to our ice baths (3–9 °C) and Finnish sauna (70–95 °C). Arrive when you can, move at your own pace, and alternate between cold and heat as you prefer. No fixed shifts or rounds: freedom, flow, and fun.

Music and Vibes
A relaxed and energetic environment. No distractions: community, music, and the power of contrast.
