SOCIAL ICE SESSIONS by COOL MOVE COMMUNITY
Start and end the week with energy, community, and contrast. Social Ice Sessions are open, social sessions of ice baths and sauna—perfect for connecting, recharging, and discovering your best self in great company.

The Experience
Contrast therapy in a free flow format: 1.5 hours of free access to our ice baths (3–9 °C) and Finnish sauna (70–95 °C). Arrive when you can, move at your own pace, and alternate between cold and heat as you prefer. No shifts or set rounds—just freedom, flow, and fun.

Music and Good Vibes
A relaxed yet energetic environment. No distractions—just community, music, and the power of contrast.
