This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please contact us and send us the relevant supporting documents. You will then receive a voucher that allows you to get the free carer's ticket, subject to availability, via the Fever app. At entry, you must show the regular ticket together with the carer's ticket.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
A flexible refund ticket is available for selected events. With it, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible refund ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. The ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide for my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to request the refund of your flexible refund ticket.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Kurländer Palais (Tzschirnerpl. 3-5, 01067 Dresden).
How do I get to the venue?
The Kurländer Palais is located 250 metres from the Frauenkirche.
Will food and drinks be available?
Drinks will be sold. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you wish to be accompanied by a service animal, please fill in the form linked in the venue's full FAQs under 'Links of interest' beforehand.
Is the venue accessible?
No, there is no accessible entrance. The Festsaal can only be reached via the Feststiege (festive staircase).

How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. No interval is scheduled.
Can I still get in after the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and late entry after the concert has begun is not possible. Please arrive on time.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
