What can I expect from the experience?

The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story. Analyse testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote decides the fate of the defendant.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place at an indoor location.

Can I buy food and drinks on site?

Yes, drinks are available for purchase on site. Snacks are available at the bar. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Are seats numbered?

No. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. Our staff will guide you to the correct zone.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Photos and videos are only allowed during the final number and without flash. Your phone must be on silent throughout the show.

Can I smoke or vape during the experience?

No, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the location.

About your tickets

What different types of tickets are there?

Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, and Zone D.

Can I buy a ticket on site?

No. Tickets are only available in advance through the Fever app or the Fever website.

Can I get a refund or rebook?

Refunds are not available. Rebooking to another date and/or time is possible up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability. Contact us to make changes.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, for free. Click on 'Transfer Tickets' in the Fever app and include your order number if you have any questions.

Can I buy a ticket for my carer/companion?

Yes, guests who require assistance can request a free ticket. Contact us with proof; we will then send a voucher code. Show this ticket together with your own ticket upon entry.

Can I sit with friends?

Yes, as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. Arrive on time; we will do our best to seat you together.

Where can I find my ticket?

Under 'Tickets' in the Fever app (available via the Apple App Store or Google Play). The QR code is also in your confirmation email. Printing is not required.
