There is some parking on site, but spaces cannot be reserved and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. On-street parking on Storey's Way is only available from 12 noon onwards. Alternative parking is available at the Castle Street and Castle Hill Car Park, a 15-minute walk from the venue.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker, to be purchased alongside at least one other full-price ticket. The venue entrance is on the ground floor and fully accessible, with disabled toilets available on site. A dedicated "Wheelchair Access" ticket zone is also available, situated on the Balcony.

The venue is Fitzwilliam College, Storey's Way, Cambridge CB3 0DG. Access is from the main entrance on Storey's Way (you cannot enter via Huntingdon Road). It's reachable by bus (routes 4, 8, X3, U1 Universal and U2 Universal, with a stop on Madingley Road), or on foot — about 15 minutes from Cambridge city centre and 20 minutes from Market Square.
