Absolutely amazing, the food was stunning and beautifully presented. The staff were so kind and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The story was amazingly presented. The selection of drinks were lovely and so much choice. The rose lounge was stunning to see with the props as well. There is no way this could be any better just maybe a bit more time to finish it as the story takes a while.

Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this entire experience! The lounge was stunning, the tea service was delicious and the staff was absolutely amazing! This was the perfect way to start our London trip and set the mood before seeing Phantom just around the corner. Everyone needs to experience this tea! 100/100 stars!

Wonderful experience. Food was very delicate and tasty with the lovely touch of the Phantom of the Opera. Staff were very attentive and efficient. A very enjoyable afternoon for my daughter and I. Thank you.
