Birthdays
⏳ You have the birthday room at your disposal for 30 minutes.
🤸 A host will be present to guide you during the birthday party.
🎂 Soft drinks are included in the birthday package.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Please note: everyone entering the exhibition or the birthday room needs a birthday ticket. All adults present must have a valid ticket. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
👥 If you are unsure about the number of attendees, select the minimum; you can add more attendees upon arrival

Important

• Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be reserved by email.
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes of use of the party room.
• The birthday room is automatically reserved for you at your chosen time. You may be admitted up to 30 minutes before this time. The maximum capacity of the room is 20 people.
• Upon arrival, check in at the Box Office and let them know you are there for a birthday party. A coordinator will guide you and remain available during the party to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• All guests need a valid ticket, except children under 3 years of age.
• You may bring your own decorations, but tape on the walls is not permitted.
• You may bring your own cake and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the venue. Would you prefer to have a cake delivered? That is possible. When ordering, specify "Bubble Planet" with the address: Jaarbeurs Boulevard (Hallencomplex Hal 5), Entree buitenzijde, 3521 AL, to avoid any delivery issues.
• To make your visit run as smoothly as possible, the birthday visit starts with 30 minutes in the party room. After the party, the group visits the exhibition. Since the exhibition can be visited independently, you do not need to gather your guests again afterwards to return in time for cake and drinks.
• The party room is equipped with Happy Birthday banners, tablecloths, napkins, forks and plates for cake and soft drinks.
  For children under 3 years of age, or upon request, soft drinks can be replaced by juice.
• With an iPhone or Android phone, you can play your own music in the party room.
• After the reserved time in the party room, you will receive the tickets for access to the experience.
• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
