Wander through misty forests full of rune stones and experience an impressive virtual reality journey beneath Yggdrasil, the World Tree.
The immersive show: Aslaug

Wander through mystical forests full of runes and hidden signs, listen to the sound of the war horn and discover Yggdrasil, the World Tree, where an impressive virtual reality experience awaits you.

At the heart of the experience is the immersive show, which draws you deep into the life and thinking of the Vikings with projections, sound, light and songs from the Norse sagas. You accompany Aslaug, wife of the Viking king Ragnar Lodbrok, on her epic journey through love, power, war and legacy – a story based on historical sources that moves you.

From stormy sea voyages to blazing skies, from ancient rituals to excavations, this exhibition combines myth, fact and magic into an experience that stays with you. Intense. Visually stunning. Emotional.

The MARX HALLE in Vienna is a historical event location with industrial charm and 20,000 square meters of space. It hosts a variety of art and cultural events as well as concerts. The MARX HALLE also houses GLOBE Wien, known for its spectacular atmosphere at gala dinners and other special events.

No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.

Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?

You can change your date up to 48 hours in advance. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.

How long does the visit take?

Is the exhibition suitable for children?

All ages are welcome. Because of the intense light and sound effects, we recommend a visit for older children or with ear protection. Children under 6 go free; from age 6 children need their own ticket. The space is not accessible for pushchairs.

Does the experience include virtual reality?

Yes, a VR experience beneath the World Tree Yggdrasil is included. Please follow the safety instructions of the staff on site.

Is there an audio guide?

Yes, you can visit the exhibition with an audio guide in German or English.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the exhibition rooms are accessible for people with reduced mobility. Companions of guests with a "B" in their ID get a free ticket. Unfortunately the experience is not adapted for deaf and visually impaired people.

Are strobe lights used?

No. However, the fast images of the VR and the immersive show can still trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. Scent and fog machines are also used.

Is there food and drink on site?

Water and soft drinks are available on site, but not food. Lockers for coats and bags are available.
