The staff were amazing, genuinely helpful, kind, respectful and polite. As for the experience it too was fantastically amazing I truly enjoyed every minute of it.

Excellent venue

We liked the decor and appreciated the attention to detail. The VR experience was good and the immersive show was excellent. In the forest we struggled to find all the icons for the chapters and it would have been helpful for those we had already heard to change colour on the app. It should also have been made clear that we wouldn't be able to re-enter the forest after the immersive show.

loved the immersive show and the Yggdrasil tree immersive show. The gift shop should be selling sets of Rune stones seeing as they appeared everywhere and were a totally important part of viking communication - just a suggestion!!!!
