What can I expect from the event?

The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you participate as a juror. You’ll analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the fate of the accused in this thrilling theatrical event.

How long is the experience?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

What are the different ticket types available?

For this venue, we offer Zone A (closest to the stage), Zone B, and Zone C.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.

Can I sit next to my friends?

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 12 or older to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

In the Fever app, go to the "Tickets" section. You’ll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you don’t need to print your ticket. It will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience begins. No refunds are permitted.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by clicking "Transfer ticket" in the Fever app.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts. The show will begin on time, and the audience is expected to be seated. Late entry will not be permitted.

Can I bring pets?

No pets allowed, except service animals.

Will there be restrooms available at the venue?

Yes, there are restrooms available. You can ask our on-site staff for directions.

Is this venue wheelchair accessible?

The entire building is designed to be accessible for people in wheelchairs or with crutches.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Photos and videos are only allowed during the final scene and without flash.

Can I use my phone during the show?

Keep your phone on silent throughout the show. At the end, you’ll be asked to use it for the final vote.

Can I leave the room during the show?

For the sake of the performers and the audience, you won’t be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
