Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in using the same details you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to other people free of charge. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us quoting your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance; contact us quoting your ticket ID. Alternatively, check in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app whether the "Change date and/or time" option is available. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Can I get my ticket refunded?
Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. However, you can purchase a flexible cancellation add-on that offers an alternative arrangement.
What happens if I bought a flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your flexible ticket if you do so up to 48 hours before the experience starts; just contact us. Please note the ticket is no longer refundable once transferred to another user.
What seating areas are there?
Schuppen 9 is divided into different areas depending on view quality. Seats are assigned by our team at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis within your chosen area.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit together as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early; we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets available at the door?
No, tickets are not available on-site — only through the Fever app or website.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert; please arrive at least 40 minutes beforehand so you can take your seat in your assigned area. Doors close 5 minutes before the start; out of respect for the performers, latecomers cannot be admitted.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Guests who need assistance during the event can apply for a free pass for their companion. Send us proof of this; once we receive it, we'll send you a voucher for the free companion ticket (subject to availability).
Can I buy food and drinks on site?
You can buy drinks at this event.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue.
Can I bring animals?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed at the venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone or take photos during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue / postponement), we'll let you know by email in good time.
