The Old Church Concert Hall is a historic nonprofit venue located in downtown Portland. Housed in Portland’s oldest church building and preserved as an intimate concert hall and community arts space since 1968, the hall is known for its remarkable acoustics, welcoming atmosphere, and diverse musical and cultural programming.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A - Premium Seating; Zone B - Sides of the Stage; Zone C - Furthest from the stage with good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the original event, subject to availability.
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
An optional add-on that lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us; no documentation is required. You'll receive the full ticket price back, minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option; the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. An exchange gives you a voucher of the same value, usable only for this same experience.
How long does the concert last?
About 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
It's an indoor experience with assigned seating.

1422 SW 11th Ave, Portland, OR 97201.
How do I get to the venue?
Accessible by LRT (light rail). Curbside drop-off zones are located on SW 11th (flat) and on SW Clay (short incline).
Is there food served?
Yes, snacks and beverages will be available for purchase before the event.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available on SW 10th and SW Columbia St.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
The accessible entrance is on SW Clay, to the right of the main entrance. There's designated seating for patrons with mobility devices, other assistance requirements, and their companions; seating is primarily church-style pews with some high-back chairs without arm supports. Contact customer support for further information or assistance.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
They must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since the Candle 3-Pack is tied to a specific Candlelight date and location, it's non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased online and picked up on-site. All sales are final.
