What can I expect at the event?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the jury. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations and evidence to decide the defendant's fate.
Where is the experience located and is it indoors?
Kraankindersstraat 2, 9000 Gent. The show takes place indoors, in an air-conditioned room.
How long does the experience last?
About one hour.
Will food and drinks be available on site?
No food or drinks are available for purchase.
Is parking available?
No on-site parking. We recommend public transportation; underground parking at Place Flagey is a short walk away.
Will there be additional sessions?
We can't guarantee more dates will be added. Check the event page for confirmed dates and availability.
Is there virtual reality or a dress code?
No virtual reality is involved. There's no specific dress code, casual attire is fine.
Will there be interactions with the performers?
The performers engage the audience but there's no direct interaction. Just watch and enjoy the show.

Where can I buy tickets?
Through the Fever app (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. There's no on-site box office.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, for free. Tap "Transfer ticket" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID.
Do I need to print my ticket or where can I find it?
No printing needed. Your ticket and QR code are in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app and in your confirmation email, using the same login as your purchase.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
You can change your date up to 48 hours in advance via the Fever app or by contacting us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
Can I make a group reservation, and are press passes offered?
You can book up to the number of tickets available on the app/website, but special group reservations aren't offered. Press passes aren't available for this event.

Doors open 30-45 minutes before the show. Arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your booked category; late arrivals aren't guaranteed access.

Pets aren't allowed, but guide dogs are welcome.

Yes. The theater is on the ground floor with no steps. The restrooms, however, are not adapted.

This event may include strobe lighting. It's a fully seated experience, every attendee has a seat.
Are restrooms available, and can I use my phone?
Restrooms are available, ask staff for directions. Photos and phone use are not allowed during the show, except to scan QR codes for voting.
