Inspired by “The Tibetan Book of Life and Death” and texts by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, this multi-perceptual sensory experience guides your senses through aromas, flavors, sounds, textures, and narratives that evoke memories, emotions, and essential questions about your life. Using the “visual silence” technique with sensory goggles that largely inhibit sight, you can choose to keep your eyes partially open, fully closed, or enjoy the lighting effects. Each participant embarks on a unique journey where every sensation becomes a message and every moment a portal to rediscover and reframe your path, your losses, achievements, and deepest longings.
