This was such a fun date night for my husband and I! The fountain city quartet sounded incredible, and the candles added such a beautiful ambience to the experience. 60 minutes was a perfect runtime, not too short not too long! Will be attending another concert in the future (:

FAQs Frequently asked questions

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email, so there's no need to print anything: just show the QR code from your phone.
What ticket types are available?
Front Row (premium visibility), Zone A, Zone B and Zone C. Seating within each zone is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a free pass for my carer?
Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. You must purchase your own ticket first, then contact Fever with supporting documentation (accepted proof includes Middle/Higher rate DLA, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card, or a recognized Assistance Dog ID Card).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact Fever with your ticket ID to make the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (see below).
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket and how does it work?
If your event offers it, a Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you contact Fever up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. Contact Fever here to request your refund.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person. Keep in mind that a Flexible Refund Ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred, so you'd forfeit any remaining refund eligibility on that ticket.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Where does the concert take place and how do I get there?
The concert takes place at Unity Temple on the Plaza, 707 W 47th St, Kansas City, MO 64112, generally accessible via public transport and car.
Is food served?
There will be no food or beverages available for purchase at Unity Temple on the Plaza.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA accessible. The ramp is accessible via the 47th Street entrance. Please contact hello@feverup.com in advance so accessible seating can be reserved.
Is there parking available?
Street parking is available, and free parking is also available in the garage across the street from the Temple.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
