What ticket types are available?
There are four zones: Premium (front row), Zone A (good visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my personal assistant/carer?
Guests who need assistance during the event can request 1 free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. Important: you must already hold a valid ticket before applying. After purchasing, please email us proof of disability. Accepted documents include: mid- or high-rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), proof of severe visual impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card (category +1 required).
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same account you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not available; see our T&Cs for more information.
Where does the experience take place?
Hribar Hall, Ljubljana Castle — Grajska planota 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
How do I get to the venue?
Car parking is not included in the ticket price and spaces are limited. A funicular is available for an extra fee, payable at the funicular entrance. Arriving on foot or by taxi is also recommended.
Is food available at the venue?
No, food is not included in the ticket price.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
Yes, but very few parking spaces are available at Ljubljana Castle. Other means of transport are recommended.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can seat you together.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred free of charge to any other Fever account. In the Fever app, tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket. For further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are the candles real?
No. For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
How long does the show last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts — late entry is not allowed.
