Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket on the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker, once they have purchased their own ticket, by contacting us with supporting documentation. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement), or a recognized Assistance Dog ID Card.

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes beforehand.

If you're taking the metro, be prepared to walk about 5 minutes from the nearest stations: Dupont Circle (Red), McPherson Square (Blue, Orange, Silver) and Mt. Vernon Sq. (Green, Yellow).

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

No food or beverage will be available for purchase. Only sealed bottled water is allowed into the venue.

Street parking is available in the area, but we encourage using public transport or ridesharing.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance, and out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

It's an optional paid add-on offering a unique photo experience in a specially designated area, with a printed polaroid-style souvenir picture (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos are taken before the event and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to have validated by the photographer at the venue, and you'll choose your picture before it's printed and collect it at the exit; please make sure to collect it before leaving, as pictures can't be kept for you afterwards. It can also be purchased on site if not sold out, though online purchasers get priority and on-site purchases are card only. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.

All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle 3-Pack add-ons picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
