Do I need to print my ticket?

No need to print it. You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. Refund requests are only allowed up to 7 days after purchase and always before the session starts.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as tapping 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need additional help and include your ticket order number.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

You can find small snacks for purchase inside Dopamine Land. As we're located near the mall's food court, a wide variety of other food and drinks are easily available before or after the experience.

Yes. The venue is on Level 2 of WEAVE @ Resorts World Sentosa, a shopping mall with indoor parking available. For more information on parking, please visit the Resorts World Sentosa website.

Is there an age requirement?

Dopamine Land is family-friendly and welcomes all ages! Children must be accompanied by an adult. Toddlers up to 2 years old have free entry.

Is the venue accessible?

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.

This event won't include strobe lights. However, the event will contain different exhibits with moving lights and special effects.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Socks are mandatory. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Note: some rooms have mirrored floors.
