A historic venue designed by John Burnet, Merchants' House opened in 1874, This is the fourth home of the Merchants House, a charitable organisation since 1605. Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket on the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (Best Visibility); Zone A (Excellent Visibility); Zone B (Good Visibility); Zone C (Fair Visibility).

How do I get to the venue?
The Merchants House is located in the heart of Glasgow, making it easily accessible by public transport. It's a short walk from both Queen Street and Glasgow Central railway stations, with convenient access to local bus services and nearby parking options. It is also well-connected to the M8 motorway.
Is there food served?
Yes, there will be a bar on site.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card with at least 1 category requirement). Once received, we'll provide a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket. Each carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one other full-price ticket.
Does this venue have disability access?
The Merchant's House is not fully accessible. The lift is narrow (length 4 ft, width 23 in) and can only accommodate some mobility scooters up to a weight of 300kg. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you need personalised assistance.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), please rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
