• A 1.5-hour immersive theatrical performance where beloved fairy-tale characters bring a magical holiday story to life. Expect dazzling bubble and illusion shows, live Christmas carols, graceful ballet, circus artists, acrobats, and many festive surprises.
• Theater-style seating in the luxurious ballroom, designed to immerse every guest in the refined atmosphere of a true Christmas Ball.
• A festive pre-show celebration in the lobby begins 1 hour before curtain time, featuring Santa’s Post Office, photo zones, meet-and-greets with beloved characters, and many magical activities. The hotel will transform into a Christmas villagewith gourmet treats, holiday drinks, cotton candy, and artisanal ice cream (available for purchase).

💫Standard Admission (for both kids and adults) includes:

•  ROW 3–10 at the fairy-tale performance
• 1 hour before the time indicated on the ticket, guests are welcomed to a festive pre-show celebration in the hotel lobby
• Santa’s Post Office and meet-and-greets with holiday characters

• Kids Admission: ages 2–12.
• Perfect for families with children ages 2–12!
• Children under 2 years old are free without a designated seat

🎭 Showtimes Schedule

• 11:00 AM - Christmas Ball with Ded Moroz & Snegurochka (Russian language)
• 3:00 PM - Christmas Ball with Santa Claus & Mrs. Claus (in English)
• 7:00 PM - The Grand Christmas Ball with Santa Claus & Mrs. Claus (in English). The evening performance will conclude with a spectacular snow and paper disco finale.

Guests are encouraged to wear festive and elegant attire to embrace the magic of the Ball. Kindly refrain from beachwearand flip-flops.
