What different ticket types are there?
Several ticket categories are available: Erste Reihe, Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant supporting documents via the Fever contact form. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. In such a case, please contact us via the Fever contact form, stating your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see Fever's Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Schlosssaal at Schloss Oldenburg. (Schlossplatz 25, 26122 Oldenburg)
How do I get to the venue?
The Schlosssaal is located in the Landesmuseum für Kunst und Kulturgeschichte Oldenburg, housed within Schloss Oldenburg in the heart of the city. Access is via the rear courtyard. On foot: from Oldenburg Hauptbahnhof, you can reach the castle in around 15 minutes on foot. The route takes you through the city centre, past numerous cafés and shops, making for a lovely walk through the heart of Oldenburg. By public transport: several bus lines run from the main station towards the city centre. The stops „Schlossplatz“ or „Staustraße“ are just a few minutes' walk from the entrance via the rear courtyard. By car: take the A28 or A29 towards Oldenburg-Zentrum. Follow the signs for „Schloss / Landesmuseum“. Parking is available in the surrounding car parks, for example at Schlossplatz or Heiligengeiststraße. The address for your sat nav is: Schlossplatz 1, 26122 Oldenburg.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill in Fever's contact form if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have disabled access?

A small number of parking spaces are available behind the Prinzenpalais. Alternatively, you can use the paid Schlosshöfe car park.

According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I use my mobile phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent for the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've purchased. The concert will start on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be denied entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving on site in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on „Transfer tickets“ on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the „Tickets“ section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same method you used to make your purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that for guests' safety, all candles will be flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
