Description
Experience a 30-minute concert with organist Wolfgang Abendroth, perfectly synchronized with the immersive Enlightenment light show.
The show stages the four seasons, creating an artistic homage to the cycle of life with a surprising finale. Wolfgang Abendroth adapts his melodies to the movements of the art projected onto the interior walls of the church. The result is a unique, impressive audiovisual artwork that makes the audience forget their everyday life in an instant.

Wolfgang Abendroth is the Director of Church Music at Johanneskirche Düsseldorf. For over 20 years, he has played the large Beckerath organ, led the adult choirs at Düsseldorf’s largest Protestant church, and organized the city church's concert life. He coordinates Protestant church music offerings in the city and teaches organ improvisation at the Cologne University of Music.
