THE ANDY KIM CHRISTMAS
Running for 21 years in Toronto and 12 years in Montreal, the Andy Kim Christmas concert brings together friends and fans to celebrate the spirit and generosity of the music community, with all profits going to charity. Over the years, this annual holiday event has raised nearly $3 million. The program is the original idea of Andy Kim, the legendary Montreal singer-songwriter and philanthropist who has left a lasting mark on the world of music and beyond. With two No. 1 songs on the Billboard charts and over 30 million albums sold, Andy Kim’s hits—including “Sugar, Sugar” and “Rock Me Gently”—have defined eras and touched multiple generations. His achievements include several inductions into music halls of fame as well as a nomination to the Order of Canada. But his devotion to philanthropy is equally remarkable. The Andy Kim Christmas concert is a one-of-a-kind charity event that has featured performances by some of Canada’s most in-demand artists and performers.
