Description
Learn to make Kazari Maki-Zushi, the Japanese art of decorative sushi, in this hands-on class in NYC. This session's theme is cats: you'll roll a cat's face with ears, wide eyes and a little nose, plus a cat's paw print with soft pink pads. Slice the roll and the picture is there in every piece. Every color comes from food, not dye. No experience needed, and you can take your rolls home or eat them right there.
