Where does the event take place?
The event will take place at the International Congress Centre (MCK) in the Sala Audytoryjna (Auditorium Hall) at Plac Sławika i Antalla 1 in Katowice.
How do I get to the venue?
The MCK in Katowice is very well connected to different parts of the city. You can get to the event: By tram, including lines 11, 13, 23, 43 to the „Katowice Rondo” stop; By bus, the nearest stops are „Katowice Spodek” and „Katowice Uniwersytecka”.
When should I arrive at the venue?
Entry is possible 60 minutes before the show starts. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, parking spaces are available on site. The official MCK website at https://www.mckkatowice.pl/pl/parking-i-dojazd/281/ describes the rules for using the car park at the venue. We recommend using public transport, which provides a quick and convenient way to get to the MCK.
Is taking photos or filming allowed?
Taking photos without flash is allowed, filming is not. For the best experience – both yours and other guests' – we recommend taking photos only during the bows at the end of the show.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs. If you are accompanied by an assistance dog, contact us with your ticket order number (Ticket-ID) and add „Przyprowadzenie psa asystującego” (Bringing an assistance dog) in the subject line.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

What types of tickets are available?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold on site. They must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for a carer?
Yes, guests who require constant care can receive a free ticket for a companion. First buy your ticket, then contact us, stating your ticket order number (Ticket-ID) and the subject "Free ticket for carer".
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, the ticket can be transferred free of charge. In the Fever app, click "Transfer tickets". If you have any problems, contact us stating your Ticket-ID.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, tickets are scanned contactlessly in the Fever app. No printout is needed.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you don't have the app yet, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Log in to the account you used to make the purchase. If you can't find your ticket, contact us stating your Ticket-ID.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I enter the show after it has started?
No, entry after the show has started is not possible. To ensure the best experience for all guests, please arrive on time.
Can I change my ticket?
Yes, subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the event. To do so, contact us with your Ticket-ID. Refunds are not possible. Detailed information can be found in our Terms of Use.
