Club Jaszczury is one of the oldest and most iconic places in Kraków, operating since 1960 in the Main Market Square. For decades, it has been a meeting space for students, artists, and cultural figures. Known for concerts, exhibitions, debates, karaoke, and events in the Theatre Hall 38. Its hallmarks are the unique atmosphere, legendary parties, signature drinks, and service that leave a lasting impression on guests.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Strefa A - miejsce pod sceną w rzędach, Strefa B - miejsce w kilkuosobowej loży bocznej and Strefa C - miejsce przy stoliku w sali bocznej. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Where does the event take place?
The event takes place in Kraków, at the Pod Jaszczurami club, Rynek Główny 8.
How can I get to the venue?
The club is right in the heart of the Main Square in Kraków. It can be reached by public transport (tram lines 1, 2, 8, 14, 24). Driving right up to the venue is not possible.
When should I arrive?
Entry is possible 45 minutes before the show starts. However, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start.
Is parking available at the venue?
There are no private parking spaces at the venue. We recommend using public transport.
Is photography or filming allowed?
Taking photos without flash during the show is allowed, but filming is not. For a pleasant experience for you and the other guests, we recommend taking photos only at the end, during the artists' farewell.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not admitted to the event, with the exception of assistance dogs. If you are accompanied by an assistance dog, please contact us, quoting your ticket order number (Ticket ID) and entering "Assistance dog at the event" as the subject of your message.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
The venue is not wheelchair accessible. Stairs lead to the side rooms, as well as to the toilets and cloakroom, which are on the mezzanine. The club is in a historic townhouse, which unfortunately makes it difficult to make structural improvements to the building.
Are there toilets at the venue?
Yes, toilets are available. If you have any questions, please contact the staff on site.
Are strobe lights used during the show?
No, strobe lights are not used in this show.
Is there a ticket zone with limited visibility?
Yes, in the side room the view of the stage is partially restricted by a pillar between the tables and the stage. To ensure your comfort and an enjoyable concert experience, a live image from the stage will be shown on a screen on the wall by the tables.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. In the Fever app, click "Transfer Ticket". If you run into any problems, contact us, quoting your order number (Ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket will be verified contactlessly in the Fever app. Printing your ticket is not necessary.
Can I enter after the show has started?
No, entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, please arrive on time.
