First Presbyterian Church of WPB 1

Located on Olive Avenue and Evernia Street, the First Presbyterian Church features a Spanish Colonial design. The building was designed in 1925 by architect Arthur Harmon for the Central Farmer’s Trust Company Bank. The building was added to the West Palm Beach Register of Historic Places in 1996.

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A, with great visibility, and Zones B and C, with good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue; they must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
If you need assistance during the experience, you can apply for one free pass for your caretaker. You must already have a valid ticket; then contact Fever support to apply.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time by contacting Fever support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not offered, except for Flexible Refund Tickets.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return it for a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Once the ticket has been transferred to another user, it can no longer be refunded.
What documents do I need to get my refund?
No documents are required.
How do I request my refund?
Request it through the refund request form in Fever's help center.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at a designated spot at the venue during the event, and each pack is tied to a specific Candlelight concert date and location. Candle add-ons purchased online and collected on site are non-refundable and non-returnable: all sales are final.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
