Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: Rows AA and A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D and Zone E: Balcony. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 21 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Can I purchase drinks on-site?
Yes, there is an on-site bar from which you can purchase beverages during the experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 60 minutes before the start time of the experience.
What happens if I arrive late?
No late entry is permitted as this would disrupt the show for other attendees.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
A flexible cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket if you contact us requesting it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process it and how will I receive it?
If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, you will be credited the total amount of the ticket price back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. Keep in mind this voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, with the exception of the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange of the ticket, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to go back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use this voucher to go back and purchase the same experience.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.
Where is the experience taking place?
The experience takes place at Alberta Abbey, 126 NE Alberta St, Portland, OR 97211.
How do I get to the venue?
You can drive to the venue or use public transport to get to the venue. The closest bus stops are NE Alberta & 18th (2 min walk) and NE 15th & Alberta (4 min walk). Nearby bus lines include 6, 44, and 72.
Is there food served?
The Abbey has beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. We also offer Atlas pizza and a variety of snacks.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Accessible parking is available on the Mallory Avenue side of the building. The Mallory Avenue entrance is ramped and leads into the main theater. The main theater, café, and main floor bathroom are all fully accessible. The venue has 4 wheelchair or mobility device ADA spots available (no seat in those spots) with one companion seat next to each one. The Abbey is also equipped with a hearing assistance system with transmitters available upon request if someone asks.
Is there parking available?
Alberta Abbey is located in NE Portland's King Neighborhood, 2 blocks west of MLK Blvd on Alberta. Parking near the venue is extremely limited. We highly recommend using rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) or public transportation (nearby lines include 6, 44, and 72). For late shows, patrons can utilize free off-street parking in the Natural Grocer's lot, located at MLK and Alberta Street, after 8:00pm.
