By public transport: from Hauptbahnhof Zürich; Tram no. 3 and 14 to Stauffacher station; from Bellevue; Tram no. 2 and 9 to Stauffacher station; Tram no. 8 to Helvetiaplatz station; from Hardplatz; Bus no. 31 and Tram 8 to Helvetiaplatz station
Are food and drinks available?
Yes, drinks can be purchased at the in-house bar before the show.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in this form if a service animal will be accompanying you.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the venue is step-free accessible.
Is there a car park?
There is a Cityparkingzürich car park and the Parkhaus Helvetiaplatz nearby. However, we recommend travelling by public transport.
Does the venue have toilets?
Yes, there are toilets. Please ask the on-site staff.
Will strobe lights be used at the venue?
No, no strobe lights will be used.
What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone A (Rollstuhl), Zone B, Zone C, Zone D, Galerie C (Sichtlinie variiert), Galerie B, Galerie A. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you have bought your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant proof.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person free of charge. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Don't forget to give your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed it yet, you can easily download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
