Perched high above the Elbe amidst a beautiful park landscape, it houses one of the most beautiful chamber music halls in Dresden, the splendid Kronensaal.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email; there's no need to print anything.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
What applies to flexible refund tickets?
With a flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of the experience, with no documents required. Just get in touch with us.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documentation.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes beforehand.
Where does the experience take place?
In the Kronensaal at Schloss Albrechtsberg (Bautzner Str. 130, 01099 Dresden).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: Elbschlösser stop (bus EV11), less than 500 metres' walk from there. We recommend travelling by public transport. By car: Bautzner Str. 130, 01099 Dresden.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food and drink available?
Drinks are available for purchase at the on-site bar.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us in advance through our contact form.
Does the venue have disability access?
The castle has only limited accessibility overall, but it does have a disability-accessible entrance. We strongly recommend contacting the castle team before buying your ticket to discuss the on-site conditions. To use the accessible entrance, you must inform the guard at the castle gate as soon as you arrive.
Is there parking available?
Public parking at the venue itself is very limited. We recommend travelling by public transport as a priority. Nearby, for example at Lingnerschloss, there are further parking options within a short walk of the castle.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
