Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email – there's nothing to print, just show your ticket from your phone at the venue.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts – please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us quoting your ticket ID for help.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated within your purchased zone.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The concert takes place indoors at the Hechelei in Ravensberger Park (Ravensberger Park 1, 33607 Bielefeld), with assigned seating by zone.

Is food or drink available?

Yes, drinks can be purchased on site.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?

If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Are the candles flammable?

Please note that, for guests' safety, all candles used are flameless.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Please also keep your phone on silent throughout the performance.
