The Parthenon in Nashville is the world’s only exact size and detailed replica of the original temple in Athens, Greece. Concerts take place in the main hall underneath the 42 ft gilded statue of Athena.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience; please contact us indicating your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket.
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket and how does it work?
A Flexible Cancellation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required (note it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user). If you choose a refund, you'll get the full ticket price back minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option, credited to your original payment method (allow 10+ days) or as a new voucher if you paid with a voucher. If you choose an exchange, you'll receive a voucher for the same value to book a new date and/or time for this same experience.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is allowed once it has begun.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
There is a cash bar available for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Is there parking available?
There is limited parking available at Centennial Park. Guests are advised to use public transportation, ride-sharing services, or street parking.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker or companion?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The venue is ADA accessible, though accessibility is limited in certain areas. If you need personalised assistance, please contact us in advance.
What are the different ticket types?
There's an A section with premium viewing, and a B section with moderate viewing and standing room at the back and sides of the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though this isn't a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it's tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
