This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

What different ticket types are there?
There are zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket (applies to selected events)?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required to request your refund.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to have your Flexible Refund Ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Wiesbadener Casino-Gesellschaft (Friedrichstraße 22, 65185 Wiesbaden).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: bus lines 1, 4, 8, 14, 16, 22, 27 and 45. By train to Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof.
Is food and drink available?
No food or drink is available at the Wiesbadener Casino-Gesellschaft.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes. The Wiesbadener Casino-Gesellschaft is wheelchair accessible and has a step-free entrance.
Is there a car park?
Those arriving by car will find parking available at the Parkhaus Markt car park.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no interval planned.
When do the doors open? Is late entry possible?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert begins. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
