What are the different ticket types?

There are Zones A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes. Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. Once you've bought your ticket, send us supporting documentation — we'll then provide you with a voucher (subject to availability) to buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app. You must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Depending on availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are possible under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

It lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts — no documentation needed. Note that it becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.

How long does the experience last?

It lasts around 60 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

This is an indoor event, with seating assigned within your zone.
