The concert was absolutely amazing. I loved the classical take on these Queen songs I grew up with and love so much. The String Quartet delivered beautifully. A must see for anyone who enjoys classical music!!

The Palais du Pharo, high above the Vieux Port, was donated to the city of Marseille by Emperor Napoleon III. An exceptional venue in the heart of the city, it also boasts an auditorium with exceptional acoustics for classical music concerts such as Candlelight.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same email address you used to purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your ticket. Contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refund will be granted under any circumstances. For more information, please check our Terms and Conditions.

What different ticket types are available?

There are four categories: Premium, A, B and C.

Is there a minimum age to attend this event?

This event is for guests aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer by filling in our form and sending us the supporting documents.

The venue is well served by public transport, including bus lines 82, 82S, 83 and 583 (Le Pharo stop). Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there is an underground car park nearby: Parking Q-Park Pharo, 75 Impasse Clerville.

Will drinks be available?

No.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, Palais du Pharo is step-free. Guests with reduced mobility can be accommodated subject to availability, but only in Category D seating.

Can I bring an animal?

Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
