Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their carer. You'll need a valid ticket before applying — contact us with your details and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant. Let ticket scanners at the main entrance know if you need access to the ADA door, located on the south end of the building.

Drinks are available for purchase at the venue before the concert, but beverages aren't allowed inside the concert space.

Yes, there are several parking lots near the venue as well as street parking.

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

What are the different ticket types?

There are 3 ticket types — Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility) — with seating assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.

Tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or website.
