What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not available at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance during the event can request a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Please contact us with proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we've received it, we'll send you a voucher that you can use to get your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you must show the regular ticket together with the companion ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
No entry for children under 8. People under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the concert starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, a flexible refund ticket is available. With it, you can request a full refund if you decide not to come to the concert.
When can I return a flexible refund ticket?
You'll receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the concert starts. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to have your flexible refund ticket refunded.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at the Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark (Hohenheimer Straße 119A, 70184 Stuttgart).
How do I get to the venue?
From the city centre, it takes around 20 minutes to walk to the Marmorsaal. The easiest way by public transport is to take the underground to the Bopser stop (U5, U6, U7 or U12).
Are food and drinks available?
No, food and drinks are not currently available at the Marmorsaal.
Can I bring animals?
Only assistance animals are allowed at the venue. Pets may not be brought along.
Is the venue accessible?
There is a separate wheelchair-accessible entrance, but the Marmorsaal has limited accessibility overall and the toilets are not wheelchair-accessible. No, there is no dedicated car park. Public parking is available on the surrounding streets.
What is Snapshot by Candlelight?
A package with a special photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase as a keepsake.
Can I buy Snapshot by Candlelight on site?
Yes, while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets via the website have priority over on-site purchases. Only card payments are accepted on site, cash is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for the photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When do I receive my photo?
You'll choose on site which photos should be printed. Our team will then print them for you to take away. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we are unable to keep them for you. If you leave the venue without your photos, we cannot offer a refund or a new appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will tell you where the photo experience takes place. Announcements will also remind guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How do I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer on site so your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our responsibility. In this case, your booking will be refunded.
Can I still be let in after the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and late entry after the concert has begun is not possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
