What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need assistance during the event can request a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Please contact us with proof that you require a companion ticket. Once we've received this, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free companion ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket upon entry.
Is there an age restriction?
No entry for under 8s. People under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If so, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is only possible with the Flexible Refund ticket. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide for my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark (Hohenheimer Straße 119A, 70184 Stuttgart).
How do I get to the venue?
From the city centre, the Marmorsaal is about a 20-minute walk away. The easiest way to get there by public transport is to take the underground to "Bopser" station (U5, U6, U7 or U12).
Is there food and drink available?
No, food and drinks are not currently available at the Marmorsaal.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue. Pets are not permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
There is a separate, wheelchair-accessible entrance. Unfortunately, the toilets are not wheelchair-accessible, and access to the Marmorsaal is only partially accessible. What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively for guests who book it: you can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area, and you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake with each purchase.
Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" on site?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience in advance together with their concert tickets will be given priority. Only credit card payments are accepted on site; cash is not accepted.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site to be printed. Our team will then print them out for you to take with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep them for you. If you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer a refund or rebook a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you all the details about the location of the photo experience, and announcements will remind guests. If you have any questions, just ask our team on site.
How do I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separately from your ticket confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer on site to start your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility.
Is there an interval?
No, there is no interval planned.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
