What are the different ticket types?

There are two zones available: Zone A and Zone B.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request one free pass for their caretaker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The experience is recommended for guests aged 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.

Where can I find my ticket?

Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play); log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show; no entry is permitted once it starts.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?

This experience takes place at Church of the Nazarene (2390 McMillan Road, Abbotsford, BC V2S 7R3), in East Abbotsford. From Highway 1, take Exit 92 north on Sumas Road, turn right on Marshall Road, then left on McMillan Road. The venue is on the right, just past McMillan Elementary School.

No concessions are available for purchase onsite.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
