This was such a memorable evening. The candlelight setting created a warm and intimate atmosphere, and the musicians were outstanding. The arrangements of Coldplay and Imagine Dragons songs were powerful and emotional. I loved how the audience felt fully immersed in the music. I would definitely attend another Candlelight concert!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Sign in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts; please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
On selected events, this add-on lets you request a refund or exchange if you can no longer attend. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the experience with no documentation required; the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. Refunds return the full ticket price minus a 10% fee for the flexible option, and exchanges are issued as a voucher for the same experience.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and there is no entry once it begins.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your ticket zone.
Is food or drink available?
There is no bar service at this event, and no outside food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is a paid parking garage at 710 Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701, about a block from the venue entrance (corner of 8th and San Jacinto Street). You can pay digitally through the garage's app, and all guests get a parking discount by scanning a QR code in the lobby of St. David's Episcopal Church. If you need ADA accessible parking, this garage is the closest option. Do not park in the surface lot directly in front of the venue; guests who move the barricades to park there will be ticketed.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free caretaker pass. You'll need a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant. It is not necessary to contact the venue ahead of time.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they're tied to that specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases are final: non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up.
