What is The Jury Experience?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth - your vote determines the accused's fate.
What are the different seating zones?
The theater is divided into sections based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, first-come first-served, within the section you selected.
How do I vote?
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code displayed at the venue - it takes you directly to the voting page. If your camera doesn't scan automatically, try Google Lens or a QR scanner app. Staff on site can help.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Can I take photos or record?
Yes, after the final verdict. Please avoid flash and be mindful of others and the performers.
About your tickets
Where can I buy tickets, and how do I find them?
Only through the Fever app or website - not sold at the venue. No need to print - your QR code ticket is in the Fever app under Tickets, or in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility), Zone D, and accessible seating for wheelchair users (good visibility).
Are refunds or exchanges allowed?
No refunds. Exchanges to another date or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time, based on availability - contact us to change your ticket.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, for free. Tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your order number.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free Personal Assistant/Support Worker pass after purchasing a valid ticket, by contacting us with supporting documentation (e.g. DLA, PIP, CredAbility Access Card, or Assistance Dog ID).

Doors open 30 minutes before the start. No late entry is permitted, as it would disrupt the show for other attendees.

12+. Children aged 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult and require a ticket.

What facilities are at the venue?
